When Miss Riesterer was four years old and her brother was two years old, they were supposed to be taking a nap. Except, Miss Riesterer kept giving her brother piggyback rides around their bedroom. Their mom came upstairs several times and kept telling them to go to sleep. Finally, Miss Riesterer could tell that her mom was really upset, so she decided to lie in her bed and try to fall asleep. She told her brother to do the same. Instead, he yanked on Miss Riesterer’s arm until he pulled her elbow out of her socket. Miss Riesterer thinks it is pretty interesting that her two-year-old brother was strong enough to dislocate her arm.
