Proceso de elaboración de "Harina de Tocosh"
Se escoje la papa para fermentarla, la papa apropiada es la blanca.
Paso 1
Enterrarla en un pozo, meterla alfondo envuelta con una malla. Aqui estara por 7 meses aproximadamente.
Paso 2
sacar la papa y secarla.
Paso 3
Moler la papa para que se convierta en Harina
Paso 4
Paso Final
El producto final "Harina de Tocosh"
