Hand the following documents to Patricia:
- Your OFII form (received from the Consulate)
- Copy of your passport identity page(s)
- Copy of your visa
- Copy of the passport page with stamp of entry
Neoma Business School will forward your file to OFII for registration and will give you a convocation to pick up the OFII sticker.
You will have to bring the proof that you acquitted the current tax (60€ stamp tax). This stamp can be bought on-line on the site: www.timbresofii.fr – section: purchase of dematerialized stamps VLS – TS.
A residence permit will then be freed to you in the form of a sticker affixed in the passport.

Loss of student card
If your card is lost or stolen, you should make an official declaration at the police office. Then, on INSIDE, you must block the card and order a new one (10 €).

French national social security
You are a European student
You are covered by the European health Care Insurance.
The students only have to upload their EHIC (European healthcare insurance card) or their private insurance on INSIDE
You are a Non-European student
Even if you have home social or medical coverage, it is compulsory to subscribe to the French
student social and medical insurance on INSIDE.
The cost is 217€ for this academic year, for students aged 20-28 (must be paid by bank card at the end of the portal)
Social and Medical Insurance is compulsory in France for students under the age of 28 (born before September 1st of the current academic school year).
This gives you access to medical care, at the hospital and at the doctor’s
Health insurance registration
> You will have to choose a Healthcare insurance Company between : SMENO / LMDE
They will confirm your registration by sending you your Health Care Certificate. This certificate is also available directly on their website.
In order to finalize your application, the healthcare insurance Company may ask you:
> a Birth Certificate translated in French by a French translator in France or by the French
Embassy in your country.
> a RIB: French bank account details to refund you your medical fees.
