Actuarial Study Program
25 company-paid study hours for each hour of the examination are provided during work hours
Associates receive PTO for the entire workday prior to the exam and the day of the exam
Motorists pays for all registration fees and study materials
A bonus is given for passing each exam
These benefits are provided for the first three attempts for full-time associates who have passed an exam within three years
