High Schoolers Trying to Lose Weight: 44% Girls, 15% Guys
Over 70% of girls age 15 to 17 avoid normal daily activities, such as attending school, when they feel bad about their looks.
75% of girls with low self-esteem reported engaging in negative activities like cutting, bullying, smoking, drinking, or disordered eating. Compares to 25% of girls with high self-esteem.
About 20% of teens will experience depression before they reach adulthood. (700,000)
Teen girls that have a negative view of themselves are 4 times more likely to take part in activities with boys that they've ended up regretting later.
7 in 10 girls believe that they are not good enough or don’t measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school and relationships with friends and family members.

You can't change. You can't be exactly like someone else, and they can't be exactly like you. You are beautiful in your own way, and nobody can change that.
Surround yourself with love. Eliminate negativity. The people you hang out with can sometimes trigger how you feel about yourself.
There have been many studies on how people perceive beauty. The results usually prove that people don't boost their confidence by a product, it's usually what they believe in their mind.
Depression, low confidence, low self-esteem, and anxiety are huge problems today. These issues deal with what we think of ourselves and how we react.
