Zero Tolerance in Schools...Next step to Juvenile Detention.

Since 1989 school districts from California, New York, kentucky, and all other states adopted the zero policy as a tool to mandate expulsion and suspension of guns, drugs, fighting, and gang related activity.

School officials believe that Zero tolerance is an effective tool to discipline students behavior and create safer schools grounds.

regardless if there behavior is harmless or harmful.
So, are the schools preparing students to become a statistic in the juvenile system or are they educating children to be the next teacher, police officer, social worker, scientist , and doctor.
Why are student's branded with Criminal records for harmless behavior ?
