What is heart disease?
According to the American Heart Association, heart disease, or
cardiovascular disease
, is any health problem related to the circulatory system, including the heart and blood vessels
**NOTE**
The heart rates in question are

Diet and Activity
The American Heart Association recommends that people get 30 minutes of moderate and/or vigorous physical activity each day

Another tip to stay "heart healthy" is to burn as many calories as those taken in, according to the American Heart Association

Why do these problems occur?

Most people get heart disease due to atherosclerosis, or the hardening of the arteries due to a plaque build up

It is the buildup of cholesterol inside the walls of blood vessels
