How I learn
I don't. Pretty sure I have a learning disability that I just never got checked out because it's actually really hard for me to retain information. Cognitive learning could be helpful for me to look into because I can try different methods that might help me remember things for a test, and such.
States of Conciseness
What is it?
Dreaming and day dreaming are two examples of states of conciseness. Day dreaming occurs during the day when you are awake and you "zone out." They can be related to fantasy's, problems the future, anything but the task at hand.
Dreaming occurs when you are asleep, the most vivid dreams happen typically during REM sleep.
Lucid dreaming is a state of conciseness in which the person knows they are dreaming. Most people can control their dreams when they realize this.
Dreams and me
Most of the time I do not remember my dreams. Occasionally I will wake up and remember snippets but they fade throughout the day. Only once do I know I had a lucid dream but I have forgotten what it was about.
I day dream a lot and that is probably why I have such a hard time learning/paying attention. (Sorry) I will sit in class knowing that I should be paying attention but somehow my mind get distracted and I start thinking about how nice it is outside.

What is Learning?
Cognitive learning explains different mental processes and thinking, also how they are influenced by external and internal factors in order to produce learning within individuals
In psychology the study of personality comes down to two broad areas, understanding individual differences in a personality like sociability or irritability. The second one is, learning how all the different characteristics of a person come together as a whole.
Personality and me
One of the presentations we listened to was about personalization and we all took a personality test. I got, "The campaigner" ENFP-A which means I'm mostly an extravert and hardly an introvert. We all learned out personalities because the test we took asked a series of questions that determined the best fit. Mine seemed pretty accurate.
Sensation and Perception
In psychology sensation is the process of sensing the environment around us through, touch, smell, sight and taste.
Perception is the way we interpret these sensations and how we make sense about whats around us.
Sensation and me
I use sensation and perception in my everyday life. What I taste, what I see, what I touch. There are people in the world that don't have certain sensations and their other ones are basically heightened. Blind people normally have a better sense of smell or touch because they need to use those much more.
