Human dignity means protecting another's self-esteem,
a sense of pride that causes you to treat yourself and others with respect, placing value on life.
Team of two (1 speaker, 1 listener)
Speaker has 30 seconds to tell the other person anything they want about themselves (where they grew up, siblings, pets, jobs, etc.)
Listener is to listen with full engagement (eye contact, appropriate responses, body language)
SWITCH after 30 seconds
Once both partners have had their chance, we do it again with the listener fully DIS-engaged
Speaker has the same 30 seconds to share something
Listener is to be fully disengaged (no eye contact, fiddling with something, humming, distracted)
