How to Prezify your Prezintations Start Choose a theme for your template Change the template To save the changes you made Create your own theme This window will pop up when you click the images button This window will pop up when you click the template button This window will pop up when you click the Insert button Add images from your computer Add images from the internet This window will pop up when you click on the Frames & Arrows button This window will pop up when you click the media button To add a Video or Audio from you computer To insert video from youtube This dialog box will appear when you click the PowerPoint button This window will appear when you click the Library button When your library is empty this window will appear To add to your library you should select the object you want to add and click the Library button and click the Add Selection to Object Library When your library is not empty this window and the objects on your library will appear Click this button if you want to save and close your prezi When you need help click this button Click this button if you want to change your prezi aspect ratio
or to enable shorcuts Save your prezi as a pdf Click this if you want to print your prezi Click the open button when you want to import your powerpoint slides. Change it to your desired name for your pdf To present online To invite friends to edit your prezi To Share your prezi to your friends Drag slides to change the sequence of your frames Click this if you want to edit the sequence of the frames manually Editing Shortcuts
F - Draw frame, press again to change frame type (bracket, circle, rectangle or hidden)
L - Load a file on your canvas (image, pdf, video, swf)
S - Draw a shape, press again to change shape type (arrow, line, rectangle, circle, triangle)
P - Go to Path mode
1 - Zoom in
2 - Zoom out
3 - Rotate clockwise
4 - Rotate counter clockwise
Delete, Backspace - Delete selected object(s)
Left, Right, Up, Down - Move the selection 1 pixels
SHIFT + Left, Right, Up, Down - Move the selection 10 pixels
CTRL + S - Save prezi
CTRL + Z - Undo last action
CTRL + Y - Redo last undone action
CTRL + D - Duplicate selected object(s)
CTRL + C - Copy selected object(s)
CTRL + V - Paste copied object(s)
CTRL + SHIFT + M - Toggle screen ratio between the values: 4:3, 16:9, and off.
CTRL + SHIFT + C - Opens the Prezi CSS editor.
Escape - Finish current action or close open dialog Presenting Shortcuts
Right, Left - Move Forward and Back along the Path
Up, Down - Smart Zoom in or out
B - Blackout the screen (move your mouse or press any other key to go back to presenting)
Space - Toggle between Edit Mode and Present Mode / Advance along the path (only in full screen)
HOLD X - When holding down the X key, you can pan around the canvas without clicking
HOLD Z - When holding down the Z key, you can zoom in and out by moving the mouse up and down
PageUp, PageDown - Move Forward and Back along the Path (not in full screen)
