Lambda Phi Xi Multicultural Sorority Inc.
Who We Are...
What We Do...
Lambda Phi Xi was founded at Michigan State University in 2004. Our founders had a vision of: Educational Achievement, Service Excellence, Strength through Diversity, and Sisterhood Unparalleled.
Lambda Phi Xi was established to create a diverse sisterhood where women of all natures, regardless of race, religion, political affiliation, handicap, size, or sexual orientation can come together in a positive, nurturing environment, uniting to advance the ideals of equality, multiculturalism, educational achievement, unsurpassed strength and personal values.

A Diverse Sisterhood...
The ultimate vision of Lambda Phi Xi is to prepare its members to be productive, contributing, citizens of society...we strive to exude the characteristics of True Ladies and Honorable Leaders...to intertwine our numerous cultures into a single masterpiece of diversity...through our hard work and dedication, it is our hope to uplift and engage those around us...finally, as always, we continue to remain Ladies above women and Leaders above many.
Ladies above women...Leaders above many...
Nationally, Lambda Phi Xi supports the Girl Scouts: United States of America. GSUSA aims to empower girls and to help teach values such as honesty, fairness, courage, compassion, character, sisterhood, confidence, and citizenship through activities including camping, community service, learning first aid, and earning badges by acquiring practical skills.
Service Excellence
Other Service Initiatives

Other Events...
"When I was a child, my mother said to me, "A Lady you will be; keep your heart on the prize and you will find your way to the other side" When I was a child, my mother said to me, "Respect thyself and a TRUE sorority you will see." Lambda Phi Xi, shine your light on me. My heart, my soul, my love I devote all to thee. When I became a Lady, my mother smiled at me. PURPLE, BLACK, AND SILVER, no other way to be.
