Phoenix
Synopsis:
Esau Fierce, a teenage exile from the city of Eon, is framed and arrested by the merciless President Azor. After the execution of his girlfriend, Kylea, Esau escapes from his cell and is whisked away by his friends. Unwilling to accept his loss, Esau vows to undermine death itself and bring Kylea back to life.

Esau searches for the Phoenix, hoping to retrieve a single, life-giving feather and raise Kylea from the grave. Esau is accompanied by his loyal allies, Leonna Nagail, Zereth Strongchild, and Gilead Azey. Together, they must fight an army of robots, two fleets of soldiers, President Azor's evil hired scientist Dr. Rica, and President Azor himself who wishes to destroy Phoenix and harvest its young for its feathers.

During their search for the Phoenix, the stakes are raised and Esau’s entire team is killed. The Phoenix aids Esau in his peril by bringing his allies back to life. Together, they defeat President Azor, but the Phoenix ascends. Esau is powerless to bring Kylea back to life. He watches the Phoenix fly away into the sunset sky. As Esau learns to let go, and accept the love of his friends, Proto-J, a converted robot ally, takes to the skies and reaches the Phoenix in time to pluck a single feather. He returns it to Esau, and Esau finally sees the good in his robot friend. He learns that true love is greater than romance.
