Transcript of Birds of a Feather

Rebecca Woodson Birds of a Feather More than 10,000 species of birds exist around the world. The largest bird is the ostrich, and the smallest is the hummingbird. They generally live in small groups, but some form huge flocks with thousands of members and a variety of species. Flocks help keep the birds safe while they search for food. The thrush can sing two notes simultaneously and is the official bird of the District of Columbia. Song Birds Video has other animals
