Transcript of What is a typical Australian? By Erin Long
My perceptions of an average Australian is that they have 5 in a family with 3 kids and 2 parents. They have 2 cars 1 for mum and 1 for dad. The family has 6 bedrooms. The parents are married and have a job. They live in a capital city and they all are born in Australia and speak English. They have 2-3 TV's and have electrical devices and go on holiday 2-3 times a year.
In my family there are 5 people with 3 kids and 2 parents that are married, the parents have been to university. the kids go to private school. They live in a 2 story house. There are 2 cars one for mum and one for dad. We have a back yard and we have a pool. We have 5 bedrooms and 3 TV's. We also have electronic devices. We all speak English and we were all born in Australia. We live in a capital city and we are from a Christian Religion, and have 2 pets.
When I found my data I found out that there are up to 4 to 5 people in a family, with 2 parents that are married and they have 4 or more bedrooms. I found that the family lives in a Capital City or in either Sydney or Melbourne. The family has 2 cars one for mum and one for dad. The family speaks English and they are all born in Australia.

My family is a average family because we all speak English and are we are all born in Australia. I have 5 in my family and we live in a capital city and we are a christian religion.
I thought the perceptions of an average Australian family has 5 in a family and 3 kids, 2 parents that are married, 2 cars. A pool, a back yard and 6 bedrooms. They live in a capital city and they speak English. When I did my reserch only some of it was the same, for example 5 in a family, parents are married, born in Australia, speaking English and live in capital city.
