Care for premature babies.
Transcript of Care for premature babies.
The first few months after birth are a very hectic time and mothers are likely to feel tired.
- As soon as she feels able and her doctor approves, a woman can begin exercising.

physically, emotionally, and to address any further needs.
Fathers: Fathers also face high and lows. The best they can do is be there to support their partner even though she can't explain her feelings. Other fathers suggest that by just physically hugging her when she cries or feels uncertain, can be all that is needed to make her feel you are "with her."
Baby: Your baby need your love. The care and support you give will shape your baby's world for the years to come and encourages them to explore the world around them. The love, attention, and affection you show your baby in the 1st year alone impacts their life tremendously.
