Junk food is cheap and easy to manufacture, but poor in nutritional terms. Foods of this type has usually a lot of salt, fat, sugar, and colorants. In contrast, small amounts of protein, minerals and vitamins. Typical foods are crisps, popcorn, potato chips, chips, hamburgers and kebab.
Healthy lifestyle is important, because
it makes our life better and happier.

The first layer is daily exercise and weight control. Every day we should do physical training for 30-45 minutes.
The second layer
Most of our meals should contain whole grain products. We ought to change animal fats for plant oils.
The third layer
Fresh or cooked by steaming vegetables have the highest nutritional value. We should eat fruits and vegetables 2-3 times a day.

Nuts and legumes should be eaten once a day. They are rich in protein, fiber, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin E and vitamin B.
Fish, poultry and eggs are source of protein. It is recommended to eat them a few times a week, 0-2 times a day. Dairy products provide the right amount of bone-building nutrients and should be taken once a day.
The new healthy eating pyramid is a nutrition guide created by experts at Harvard School of Public Health. It has got eight layers.
In our diet we should avoid red meat, white bread and sweets. They contain saturated fats and lot of calories.
The foundation is not carbohydrates contained in cereals, bread, rice and pasta but physical activity.
At the second layer there are carbohydrates but only those, containing whole grains; white bread was placed on the top of the pyramid and its frequent eating is no longer recommended.
On the second floor of the pyramid plant oils appeared.
It is recommended to consume legumes frequently because they are the source of both protein and fiber.
Eggs are no longer considered to be one of the main causes of high cholesterol level.

Many of non-specific manifestations, so as: headache, the sleepiness or trouble with the concentration can be an effect of a little dehydration.

To keep you in good condition, you should consider your mood and social relations.
But how to keep your life healthy?
Be aware that you should ban junk food from yur diet, becouse it will make you thickier and will affect your mood. You might also become ill uch easier.
Be active! Don't stay at home for too long, use your muscles and do activities - that's the only way to keep you fit and strong. It also greatly improves your immunity.
Take a rest.
Sleeping is one of the most important things in our lifes, so be awared of that. Don't watch TV or use computer ar least for 2 hours before gong to bed.
