Down Syndrome Association of Singapore (DSA)
Proceeds of the charity goes to DSA to fund educational programmes and improve facilities for enhanced learning in children

Logistics shortage:
1) Source from two or more industry partners if needed
2) Borrow what is available to us and rent the remainder
3) Switch to disposable utensils and serving plates/bowls

Venue space limitations:
1) Switch from seated to standing
2) Switch to rectangle tables to utilize space better
3) Should venue be unavailable, propose to utilize Top Table restaurant space
4) In the event of wet weather, umbrella party to ferry guests from carpark to shelter

6:30 PM – 6:55 PM - Chefs sets up buffet lines
6:55 PM – 7:00 PM - All guests seated, waiting for the arrival of GOH
7:00 PM – 7:10 PM - Emcee greets guests, welcomes GOH, commences dinner
7:40 PM – 7:50 PM - 1st program
8:20 PM – 8:30 PM - 2nd program
9:00 PM – 9:20 PM - Silent Auction
9:20 PM – 9:30PM - Thank guests and GOH, GM leads GOH out

Performance 1:
Done by the DSA; proposed short video along with a performance by them.

Performance 2:
James will give a demo on Rojak making followed by an activity whereby everyone at the table will together make one fully-composed plate of Rojak.
There will be prior setting placed on the center of the table, with the exception of fresh ingredients, masked as centerpieces.
The first three tables to complete it will win a small prize.
