People ussually go on a diet because they are too fat
Tips to lose weight
Eat breakfast

Sleep enough

Don't eat more than three meals and four snacks per day

Make sure you don't have too much snacks at home
Is a diet good for a child
No, because it is bad for your health and you still need to grow

You can't eat to less otherwise you won't get enough substances you need
How can you otherwise lose weight in a good way
Move more

Eat less snacks

Eat more fruits and vegetables
