By Gizman Baraso In the temperate rainforest it rains a lot.The average annual precipitation is about 200-350 cm of rain.The weather is also pretty cold. The average temperature is 4 to 20 degrees Celsius. Major Landforms Some major landforms of the temperate rainforest are trees such as deciduous, coniferous, and evergreen. There are also mountains like the Appalachian and rivers. What clothing should you wear? The type of clothing you should wear would be sweaters and pants because the temperate rainforest is pretty cold. Activities Biotic Creatures Plant 1- Maple Tree
Adaption- Shed there leaves in winter for nutrients. Plant 2- Ferns
Adaptation- when it is cold and dry fog provides moisture. Plant 3- Sweet Gum Tree
Adaptation- roots hold tree in place and absorb water Animal 1- Bear
Adaptation- they hibernate in the winter Animal 2- Blue Grouse
Adaptation- they migrate in the winter Animal 3- Rubber Boa
Adaptation- they dispatch voles or mice The mode of transportation would be walking because the terrain is very hilly. The activities would be sightseeing because there are many different plants and animals to see.
