This is a sugarcane juice. Is served cold and is a good way to help keep cool on summer days.



It's an egyptian okra stew which can be served with lamb, beef or can also be vegetarian.

It's egyptian butter cookies with a piece of pine nut.
It's a refreshing and sweet drink with coconut and milk. Children enjoy drinking this.
This is a juice made out of dry Hibiscus flower. This beverage can be served hot or cold.

It's a dessert which consists in cheese with noodle between layers of pastry.


Fattah consists in rice with lamb and fried bread, covered in a garlic and vinegar. It's prepared for important festivities, such as the religions celebrations.

The pyramids of Gizé are one of the Seven Wonders of Ancient World. They served as tombs for pharaohs Quéops, Quéfren and Miquerinos.
In the past, it was extremely necessary to the development of the egyptian civilization. Actually, the Nile's water is important do the farming and supply the population.
Tiran island is in Red sea. It's the best place to diving, snorkeling and swim. You can see a infinity of reef, corals and fish.
It's one of the most visited touristic attractions in the world.

Valley of Kings has this name because the majority pharaohs' tombs of the medium and new empire are there.

The main economy activity in Egypt is the tourism. Every year million of people visits the historical monuments that have there.

Suez Canal was finished in 1869. It's a passage between Mediterranean Sea and Red Sea. The egyptian government raises a lot of money with the rates.

93% of the population lives around the Nile River.
The demographic growth is 3% per year.
The farming in Egypt are always around the Nile, because they needs the water of the river to irrigate the plantations.

The Egypt is the third most populous country of Africa.

This cones was constructed by a group of art called D.A.S.T. in the middle of the Sahara Desert, in 1997.
The protests and conflicts started in 2011 when the population wanted the departure of Hosni Mubarak from government.
