During the 1940’s Franklin D. Roosevelt lead the US to through the great depression. He served four terms of being president. He died shortly before the end of his 4th term and the end of the WWII Born January 30, 1882 Died in office of a cerebral hemorrhage, inApril 12, 1945 On August 10, 1921 at the age of 39, Franklin D Roosevelt was strickened with the first symptoms of Polio FDR had 6 children Anna Eleanor, James, Franklin Delano, Jr.

Made a specific relief program called the “New Deal” During his whole life, Franklin D. Roosevelt has fought. Whether it was fighting from polio or fighting to keep the economy from crumpling. He also helped us defeat the germens and the Japanese in WWII.
