survived Alex Morel Alex Morel has only written the book SURVIVE Other works? Survive summary Her seat partner was stuck and she helped him get out. they were both stranded in the mountains in the middle of a very bad snowstorm where no one could find them for maybe weeks. jane searches through bags to find food and clothes to keep them warm. Jane learns through this that she wants to survive and doesnt want to die They stay in the bathroom for a night then deciede to venture off to be in a place more easier for people to see. Jane is visiting her mom for christmas but is actually planning on killing herself on the plane. when she gets on the plane the ride is a little bumpy. she goes to the bathroom to take pills. the plane started to flip around the pills go everwhere she hit her head and passed out. she woke up to relieze the plane crashed ironicly only her and her anoying seat partner were still alive. They keep walking for days and climb mountains and struggle for days and days. one day the snow covered a cliff Paul doesn't see it and falls. he couldn't move so Jane had to keep walking bye herself she was exhausted and hungry and couldnt go much longer she feels like shes not going to live for much longer. rate: 4 stars out of 5 I think it was an intense book that was emotional and made me want to keep reading. It was very sad but was very real. I think its a good book for people who like thrill books and books that keep you wanting to read more but at parts could get a little bit boring. social force Gender is a social force in the book SURVIVE because it affects Jane because she is trying to keep up with Paul but she is "a girl" so shes not as fast as Paul and cant keep up social force #2 Family is a social force in this book because it affects Jane because Janes dad killed himself and she doesn't like her mom and she wanted to follow in her dads footsteps social force #3 Time is social force because Jane doesn't act like the other girls in her age group she doesn't care about how she looks and she doesn't act "lady like" and some people look badly at her because she she doesn't act "normal" Alex Morel is writer who lives in New Jersey. He is a father of two children and a dog named CC. Hes only written the book SURVIVE
