George Washington

George Washington established the tradition of a cabinet of advisory.
He signed into the law of the first copyright act of 1790 into law. (Secures the copies of maps, charts, and books, to the authors and proprietors of such copies)
The first thanksgiving was proclamation was issued by President Washington.
Washington only vetoed two bills while president. he vetoed the apportion bill which provided guidelines for the number of congressional representatives based on his results of 1790 census and he also vetoed another bill that aimed to cut the cost and size of the military.
He was the only president that was inaugurated in two states.
