Over the next 10 years for the buildings we use now, without the improvements, the needed maintenance and repair cost estimates total almost $60,000,000.
The years have taken their toll on our buildings.
Our crews have done great work keeping our buildings in the best shape possible, but just like a house, there comes a point when simple maintenance is not enough.
From parking lots to playgrounds, from cabinetry to cubbies, our facilities need more than a facelift.
Behind the scenes and in the classroom, inside and out, our buildings have served us long and well. Now it's time to move them forward.
From ceiling to floor, electric to plumbing, the list of needs is growing.
The age of our buildings leaves us behind our neighboring districts in our ability to best serve our students.
