1. Reduce the intake of soft drinks
The refreshment besides causing obesity, can also cause other disorders how gas problems or kidney, mainly. Likewise, they contain sugar can lead to diabetes.
2. Exercise 30 minutes a day
Exercise is essential to be healthy, for that matter, we must find ways to be physically active 30 minutes a day. It need not be too demanding exercise.
3.Reduce fats in food
Fat is another factor that can reduce our quality of life, accumulating in our body causing obesity or veins and arteries because colapsándolas cholesterol.
4. Do not smoke or drink
Smoking and alcohol are the most common problems can be found, these diseases derive various short, medium and long term.
5. Drink two liters of water a day
Water is elemental part of being human and many people change for other liquids. It is advisable to drink 2 liters of water a day, so that in this way is well hydrated.

Staying healthy should always be one of our goals if we want a better quality of life. There are different ways to be healthy, with just a little effort and let some ways, we have a full physical.
6. Going to the doctor every six months
Many people go to the doctor every time they get sick. This is a mistake. Check should be done every six months or at least once a year to monitor the health.
