The Great barrier reef
The Great barrier reef is located off the northeast coast and is the largest coral reef in the world. It has numerous species of fish and mammals.
One of the sections of the reef has one of the biggest populations of great white sharks.
It is almost the size of the state of Montana.
It is home to over 2,000 species of fish while 400 species of coral are in the reef.
