Jugos are used for diets and it is a great choice for your health. It has great vitamins inside of the drinks. Ecuadorians drink jugos for the healthy choice.

History
In Ecuador cuy or guinea pig was the main sorce of meat before cattle was introduced to the country. Cuy started to symbolize that you were wealthy enough to eat meat. This meal is not an everyday meal but more of an luxury.

This meal found in the markets. In Ecuador if you eat meat it means that you are wealthy. The pig is roasted on top off a fire and turned cooking all of the meat at the same time.

History
This drink is a pink red instead of the white drink in Mexico. It can be drank anytime of the day. In the drink is 28 different herbs. The herbs that are in this tea is only grown in Ecuador. This drink was originated in Spain. This drink has medical and aromatic plants that gives energy, this also helps with stress, the digestive acid and even more. This was used to help heal people.

This drink has corn beer in it. The Incas used them for ritual reasons. Only a few town still use chicha for community reasons. It is usually sold in a half of a litter. It is also to be drunk on the location site. This is because the drink is put into glasses.
