The Dangers of stress
What horrible things can stress cause?
More bad things about homework:)
There are many things stress can cause and according to mayoclnic.org some of those things are muscle tension or pain, chest pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, restlessness, lack of motivation or focus, irritability, depression, eating disorders, anger issues, drug or alcohol abuse, tobacco use, and social withdraw.
Even when Homework is well designed and does further learning (which is rare), too much of it can be damaging. Why Homework Should Be Banned
Life is more important than Homework
The value of friendships, extra curricular activities, and relaxation time are important to a child's intellectual and emotional development. However, when homework is overwhelming children are less likely to have the opportunity to participate in these activities. Even a child who is left unfazed by excessive homework or who excels in school may suffer as a result of excessive homework because he/she is unable to engage in the activities that can help them become a versatile adult.
Homework should be banned? But why?

A study by a group of Australian researchers found the average scores relating to students' academic performances against the amount of homework handed out at the end of the school day, showed clearly that when more time is spent on homework students get lower test scores.

Also no research has ever found a benefit to assigning homework.
Goodbye Homework
Stress is one of the top things that homework causes. Stress is normal, everyone experiences it, but too much stress can be severely harmful. A study conducted by Stanford graduate school of education surveyed more than 4,300 students from both public and private schools in affluent California communities, and found that excessive homework causes high stress levels and physical health problems.
One of the many significant effects of stress is anxiety. Anxiety is where you commonly feel tense and fearful.

Another huge effect of stress is depression. Depression is a mental illness that causes people to be sad. It also cause a decrease of energy and can also cause insomnia.

Another one of the severe side effects of stress is insomnia. Insomnia is a sleeping disorder that millions of people worldwide have to deal with. Insomnia causes it to be difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep.

Stress can also cause eating disorders as well. There are 3 types of eating disorders. 1) Anorexia nervosa. Anorexia nervosa is a life threatening eating disorder characterized by abnormally low body weight, intense fear of gaining weight, and a disturbed perception of weight or shape. 2) Binge-eating disorder is when you regularly eat too much food and feel lack of control over your eating, You may eat quickly and more than intended, even when your not hungry. 3) Bulimia nervosa is a serious, potentially life-threatening eating disorder characterized by a cycle of binging and compensatory behaviors such as self-induced vomiting designed to undo or compensate for the effects of binge eating.

The fifth dangerous effect of stress is anger issues. Anger is a completely normal emotion. But when it gets out of control it can become destructive or create problems at school or with your personal relationships, and overall equality of your life.
