My Leadership goal
My weakness is being too controlling sometimes, and being controlling can cause many problems in near future situations.
My Weakness
Using the online assessment in the practice activity I found out I was partially "Coercive." Which is where sometimes you overstep your boundaries without thinking of others and can cause negative affects.

Let's stop for a second and realize what measures we can take to accomplish this goal.

Another measure we can take is other people's feelings and perceptions of how I'm doing. Every week at the end if i ask certain people how i am doing and record this information i can either see a downfall, increase, or spread correlation between each week along with my self assessment notes.

Collaborative- Letting people know of my plan to be more accepting and have them do the journey with me.
Limited- I understand that this won't happen in a day. So, setting smaller goals every week and overseeing progress of my attitude and everyone's around me will help me see.
Emotional- In Band everyone has a passion for music they do not come to be yelled at, also some people have never marched before and i need to be more understanding that they do not know how to do this and relay when i was a marcher for the first time
Appreciable- every practice i will write down how i think i can improve or do differently in the same situation, following this on that Friday i will ask people how they think i did, and write it down to see overlaying progress.
Refinable- I will overlook all progress and if a positive correlation i will continue to strive to be better. If a negative correlation with results i will revise and change something within the goal, to get better at my position.
How does this correlate to your goal?
This correlates to my goal because, I am trying to be more understanding and prevent the negative effect since i do have some of this trait. I have OCD, so sometimes I get worked up about things and I need to take it under control for everyone.
The first one is, self assessment. With self assessment i can look at myself and tell myself what i need to work on first. No one will fix this for me, if i want this done i have to work for it.

These are all obstacles that I can face through out my goal, however with perseverance, grit, and determination, nothing can stop you from what you want to be come

Once my short-term goal is accomplished, how will i know? How will i feel? Many questions can be asked, let's answer how we will think it will be once accomplished, not finished, finished means done and there's always room to grow
How will your life be affected?
- My life will be affected by feeling as if weight was taken off of my shoulders. I believe I will be a happier person and feel accomplished with results, by progress.

What do you think it will be like to accomplish your goal?
-When I accomplish my goal, I'd like to think I'd be a happier person and more satisfied by the way I worked and making others happy.

One more step I would like to take toward my goal is working on sharing my knowledge so others can get better instead of me just trying to be the best and conceited
