Oasis was the first bottled- water company member in the UAE to become a permanent member of the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA).
In 1984, Oasis become the first company to introduce 5- gallon bottle in the UAE.
Their entrepreneurial spirit and long term view of the consumer goods industry, has created the foundation for market leadership in the juice, milk, yoghurt, and water categories.
The Oasis community is made up of more than 90,000 homes and offices, as well as over 10,000 retail outlets across all seven Emirates

International Bottled Water Association (IBWA)
Oasis Water was the first bottled water company in the UAE to achieve membership with IBWA, which has very strict operational standards specifically for bottled water.
International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2000)
ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization
needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and
aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)
HACCP is a science based analytical tool, which allows management to introduce and maintain a cost effective food safety programme.
The HACCP approach moves away from relying on final product testing and instead emphasizes on the identification of areas within an operation where a Hazard has been recognised and ensuring that steps are in place to prevent, eliminate or reduce the possibility of the hazard occurring.

The purpose of this presentation was to investigate the quality management in Oasis Water company.For this purpose,data from the management of the firm as well as customers were analyzed.The results of this study suggest:
Oasis water company maintained high standards of quality.
Dissatisfaction among customers were very low
Commitment of staff towards quality management strategies were good.
In conclusion,quality management is managing for the future and the principle of continuous improvement is a life long policy that should be pursued at all cost my management.

Quality Management in oasis is realized through the development of a comprehensive system that addresses the activities of the entire organization, while emphasizing the quality management principles.
Recommendation
The Org should commit more on reviewing the suitability of quality policies and objectives.
They should also improve their efforts in assessing customer needs and expectations so as to realize more customer satisfaction.
Management should ensure that appropriate communication processes are established for effectiveness of quality management system.
The firm also required more use of statistical tools to monitor and measure product and process.
Org must also see that the workforce is motivated and have an exciting work environment.
