Is Ebola going to spread all over America?
body tissues: the cells that form the organs
What we think of as "cancer" is actually a group of more than one hundred separate diseases. These diseases are all characterized by an abnormal and unregulated growth of cells. This growth destroys surrounding
and may spread to other parts of the body in a process that is known as metastasis.
Cancer symptoms are changes in the body caused by the presence of cancer. Depending on the size of the
and where it is located the different the symptoms.
tumor: cells divide at an accelerated rate, they often begin to form a mass of tissue called a tumor.
Why does it concern us?
Health concerns us because we believe that the cures for some of the worst diseases wont be found in time. By "in time" we mean when all the world is infected by the disease.
There is no definitive cure for cancer
but many medicines are being tried and worked on most of the people. You may have heard from chemotherapy the medicine that most cancer patients respond to, unfortunately sometimes it does not work.
Ebola hemorrhagic fever is a disease of humans and other primates caused by an Ebola virus. Symptoms start two days to three weeks after contracting the virus, with a fever, sore throat, muscle pain and headaches. Typically, vomiting, diarrhea and rash follow, along with decreased functioning of the liver and kidneys. Around this time, affected people may begin to bleed both within the body and externally.
The virus can be spread in several ways to others. The virus is spread through direct contact (through broken skin) with
a sick person's blood or body fluids (urine, saliva, and vomit)
objects (such as needles) that have been contaminated with infected body fluids
Healthcare workers and the family and friends in close contact with Ebola patients are at the highest risk of getting sick because they may come in contact with infected blood or body fluids.

Ebola has killed 1,145 people, half the 2,127 believed to have been infected.
