THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
Who is Moses
The mass departure of Israelites from Egypt is known as the Exodus.
Exodus is a large movement of people. It is believed that the Exodus lasted for 40 years.
1.I the Lord am your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, the house of bondage:You shall have no other gods besides Me.
2.You shall not make for yourself a sculptured image.
3.You shall not swear falsely by the name of the Lord your God....
4.Remember the sabbath day and keep it holy.
5.Honor your father and your mother...
6.You shall not murder.
7.You shall not steal.
8.You shall not bear false witness againest you
9.You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor's
10.You shall not covet your neighbor's house.. or anything that is your neighbor's

God killed the firstborn son of every Egyptian.
The bible explains Moses was born when Israelites were slaves. The pharaoh ordered to the soldiers to kill every first born boy, and Moses was one of them.
What did
Moses do?
The tenth Plagues
Moses was demanded freedom for the Israelites from God. Moses did as God said but the pharaoh refused. To change the pharaoh's mind, God sent ten plagues(disasters). After the tenth plagues, the pharaoh finally let the Israelites free.
He also received the Ten Commandments from God. The Ten Commandments differed from earlier laws, which described crimes and punishments for those crimes.
