She had never talked to anyone, so we all assumed she had an abyss of a heart. But, as it turns out, we were wrong. Really she was still going through the aftermath of being an also-ran to the more popular kids at the school. She said she would just abhor it if she was rejected again. So, I told her that it was because of the archaic clothes that she wore and that no one abominated her at all. They just didn't know her.
