L influence de la crise


l'émirat possède des infrastructures de qualité (port, aéroport, zones franches, ...) et à continuer à investir dans ces infrastructures pendant la crise. Les développement du métro et des infrastructures routières se sont poursuivis.
L'émirat a bénéficié d'une succession d'afflux de capitaux au plus fort de la crise, d'abord le soutien finacier d'Abu Dhabi qui a permis de jetter les base de la reprise, à cela se rajoute les effets positives du printemps arabe qui a provoqué un afflux de touristes vers l'émirat, l'évolution de la situation des avoirs russes à Chypre a permis également l'arrivée de capitaux fuyant les taxes imposées par l'UE. D'autres investisseurs syrien, indiens ou égyptiens y investissent également.
La seconde est plus conjoncturelle
La première tient aux Fondamenteaux économique
Qui s'appuie sur un positionnement simple et puissant: Un slogan résume se positionnement : "Definitely Dubai"
La troisime tient à la poursuite de la stratégie marketing

Jebel Ali Port plays a vital role in serving the world markets with over 180 shipping lines and more than 90 weekly services connecting the Jebel Ali port to over 140 ports worldwide.

Jebel Ali Port's Container Terminals are equipped with a total of 23 berths and 78 cranes to cater to the world’s largest container vessels.

The facility can accommodate ships of any size in existence and on the order book. The largest vessel handled by the Jebel Ali Container Terminal facility is CMA CGM Marco Polo of the capacity of 16,020 TEU, 396 m LOA in January 2013.

In 2013, DP World, UAE Region achieved a throughput 13.6 million TEU, creating a new benchmark in its performance. Jebel Ali Port is ranked amongst the Top 10 container ports worldwide.
