Weekly Group Sharing
Each Thursday or Friday, students will be divided into groups to discuss what they have done in class/school that displays the School-Wide I.B. Learner Profile for the month or Grade Level Curriculum Planner IB Learner Profile.
Daily Morning Meetings
Besides the Thursday or Friday meetings, teachers may talk about Learner Profiles during the morning meetings.It is encouraged that the class teacher does morning talks about Learner profiles every day for the first two weeks of each quarter till students are familiar with the process.

On the last Friday of the quarter, teachers will pick 3 students from the class who have collected the most number of colored sections. They will be given the quarterly IB Learner Profile Award.These students will be recognized in the School-Wide Board, as well as the Class Newsletter and TCS Monthly Newsletter.
Each classroom teacher will keep track of the names of the quarterly award students in their tracking sheet. This helps teachers reward students who have already been given quarterly rewards with another prize (prize will be to the discretion of the teacher), and instead award students who may be lower done in the list (students with lesser colored sessions) but have not received the quarterly awards. This way, we spread the rewards to as many students as we can.
The IB Learner Profile Recognition System gives recognition or rewards to students who display the 10 IB Learner Profiles. There are two types of recognition

(1) Monthly Class Reward
(2) Quarterly School-Wide Reward

At the start of the year, each student is given 10 cards. Each card represents an IB Learner Profile. The 10 cards will be put into each student’s envelope labeled with the name of the student. The envelopes are hanging on the Class IB Learner Profile Wall. Each card consists of 10 puzzle pieces.

Monthly Class Reward
On the last Friday of each month, the class teacher will give out 2 students IB Learner Profile award. Criteria: These two students are picked based on the most number of puzzle pieces colored in all the 10 learner Profile cards. The teacher will work on giving as many students the opportunity to be given the award as possible. This means students given the monthly awards will not be repeated during an academic year.
The teacher will share this in his/her Class Newsletters. The students will be recognized for receiving “IB Learner Profile Award” of the month and given a school certificate. It is to the discretion of the teacher to give additional prizes to the students.
