Prezi is a cloud-based Web service; prices range from free to $159/year for the top-end Pro license, which includes desktop software for offline presentations. Version 4.1.1 came out in late 2012 with a revamped interface and added features.
popular to contrary belief, prezi does have a feature that lets you sort of lets you animate slides.
to do so, click on the pencil>select the number next to the slide that you want to animate>select the boxes of text you want animated>
you can a dd a YouTube video by going to insert>YouTube video>paste the video link and you're done!
you can also work on your prezi with other friends,(not at the same time) you can do this by going to Open a prezi>Click “Meeting”
Now you have two options:
>Select “Invite to edit” to generate a link that you can send to anyone. When your invited collaborators open the link, you will see their avatars. Text, images, and videos added to the prezi are visible to everyone,
>Select “Start online presentation” to create a link that you can send to anyone. When recipients open this link, they can watch as you present, but will not be able to edit the prezi. This link expires 10 minutes after you have closed the prezi and finished the session.
