Our business concept is to provide Masonic organizations with high quality, low cost, business consulting and support. This includes helping organizations consolidate current and historical Grand Lodge data into our membership management system (GLMMS). We then consult with existing clients to meet their reporting and data management needs.

Our sales costs and profits will be discussed further in this presentation, but in theory we could plan on having $ xx worth of sales in 2014, with a cost of ~$x for a profit of $x split among 4 shares. One share goes back into the company, and one share goes to each of the members. Each share would be worth an even 25% (roughly $x.00). At the end of the year, monies in the company share is dispersed as a bonus to the members and we start a new year. We should have few expenses in 2014, but will need a system for covering company expenses that are not written off by members. Ex: GoDaddy (Discuss & have CPA check)

2005 - GL of Texas
In 2005, the Grand Lodge of Texas adopted the system and enhanced it substantially.


2010 - Formal LLC
It has been enhanced continuously since then. In 2008, Kevin joined the Microsoft Office development team, so in order to provide an ongoing support and enhancement team, GLMMS was loosely formed in 2009, and formal organization was completed in 2010.
2014
Now serving more than 20% of the Grand Lodges in the US, and tracking more than 1 million Masons with more than 5 million Masonic Events
GLMMS grew out of a 2003 request from the
Grand Lodge of the State of Washington
to provide a modern membership tracking system using database technology.

The initial system was developed and implemented by Kevin and Wendell Bell in about a four month interval in using Microsoft database technology.
Phase out Wendell's day-to-day operations.
Determine if we can agree to an x/hrs per month arrangement to honor his retirement
Attend 2014 Grand Lodge Convention in Maryland

Hold our own online webinar for undecided prospects by August of 2014.

Establish two new GLs and have them in full operation by January of 2015.
Invest our earnings in the company to expand.
