Migraines
What Is A Migraine?
"Migraines are painful headaches often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensititity to light."
Different Types of Migraines
Cluster Headaches
One to two episodes per day, per period of time that lasts from two weeks to three months.
Ocular Migraines
These migraines casues visual blindness for less than an hour, following by a migraine. (rare to find)
Tension Headaches
Aka "Stress Headaches," most common.
Last less than 15 days per month, described as a moderate to mild constant pain, tightness, or pressure around the forehead or back of the head.
Sinus Headaches
Deep pain in the cheekbones, forehead, or bridge of the nose.
Chronic Headaches/ Migraines
Occur very frequently at various pain levels.
Symptoms
Symptoms depend on which type of migraine/ headache you get, but this is a general list of symptoms.

Difficulty to/getting bad sleep
Irritability
Light sensitivity
Sound sensitivity
Smell sensitivity
Change in weather/temperatures
Loss of appetite
Fatigue
Dizziness
Bright flashing lights or dots, blind spots, auras in eyes
What Causes Migraines?

Some people can gain the tendency to inherit triggers that causes their mirgaines. Some triggers include smells, light sensitivity, weather changes, fatigue, as well as other.
The exact causes of migraines are unknown at the time being, but they are genetic and are related to changes in your brain.
Treatment and Care
There are various medications for migraines, but they could be just temporary or does not work for everyone. Other than medications there are alternatives to medication such as botox/acupuncture, and natural remedies.

Even though there are medications and other remedies for the treatment of migraines, there is no one specific cure for them.
