remember....
The SU does not sign out cash, everything must go through your club account
No external bank accounts
Ask us for a copy of you club report,
whenever you need to
Get everything authorised to ensure payment
Give us as much notice as possible

All room bookings must go through the SU
Fill out the SU events booking form
For external speakers - a form must be submitted 2 weeks beforehand to be authorised

Your BUCS transport details can be found on the SU website..

Your team must arrive
15 minutes PRIOR
to departure time & be checked onto the bus by a member of staff.

No UWE Student ID Card? No entry onto the bus
Scores and team sheets need to be reported to Amie/SU by
10AM Thursday morning
or Monday if a weekend fixture.

Team sheets must be signed by the captain of both teams.
If you are not happy with something that happened in the match, you will need to fill out a playing under protest form and hand it in to your Club Co-ordinator
ASAP.


The deadline for your SU to submit an appeal to BUCS is
5pm the following day
.
If you pay an umpire/ referee out of your own pocket, you will need to fill in one of these forms and get it
signed by the umpire/ referee
. You can then fill in a payment voucher and attach this referee receipt. The money will then be reimbursed to you.
KEY INFO TO REMEMBER;
-Submit team sheets
before 12pm on Tuesday
(Friday if a weekend fixture)
-You must wear full UWE kit
- You must collect equipment on Tuesdays before 3pm.
- Must provide 48 hours notice if you cannot field a team i.e. notify the SU on Monday.
