What´s interesting and relevant with this indicator stands in the fact that it shows how much money is gotten in this business for each peso invested. In this case, with a 20% interest rate, for each peso invested it recovers that peso invested, beside obtaining additional benefits of 14 cents for every invested unit.

Internal Rate of Return
This showcase the performance generated by the activity in a percentage. This is also under the supposition that the benefits are reinvested in the same conditions of the initial investment and it continue generating the same performance.
It shows that the investor obtain a profit superior to the one expected, which is of 20%.
