How does exercise effect people with depression, stress, and anxiety?

Fitness & mental health
When working out, your body releases endorphins these hormones work by making you feel less stressed and reduce pain. It acts like an analgesic which minimizes pain.
Depression, Stress & Anxiety
Some of the workouts that help with depression include: dancing, swimming, yoga, gardening, house work etc.
Types of exercise:
Aerobic : Exercise that increase amount of oxygen consumption. Some examples are running, swimming, dancing and walking.
Aerobic and Anaerobic
Decrease risk of heart disease
Reduce muscle tension
Mentally and Physically fit
Anaerobic : short burst of workout that targets muscle activity. Some examples are weightlifting, sprinting and jumping.
According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, research has shown that 14 percent of people exercise on a regular basis to cope with stress better.
According to the American Psychological Association, research shows that exercise can also help alleviate long-term depression.
Studies have shown that even 5 minutes of aerobic exercise can reduce anxiety.
Having a workout that is consistent will lead to better results then oppose to exercising once or twice a week.
