The government has been advancing stepwise towards the recession of the crisis.

In spite of his efforts, it has not managed to obtain the end that it was proposing to reach to the beginning of the labour reform, at the moment.

But hope that in the future it will reach the aims that Spain needs, due to this, the Spanish situation will improve. THINK WIN-WIN

With this reform, government claims benefit both parties (employer and employee).

Sometimes that is not the case and there are protests by workers.

But assuming that the reform was the ideal, what is sought is the win-win: that both parties benefit. SYNERGIZE

Synergizing does not mean giving up your objectives; it means putting in common each person's point of view and discussing until reaching a common position.

Union makes us strong and loneliness makes us weak.

The attitude is very important, even more important than our personal skills. Think Win-Win Formation
