Gay Rights Reasons Healthcare Hate Crimes Gay Marriage -Some hospitals are ignoring the
gay community
-Gay couples can't share healthcare
benefits like heterosexual couples
-Some also won't let someone's gay
partner to visit that patient in the
hospital -People are denied jobs
because of sex, race, religion,
and other things
-1617 hate crimes happened in
2008 because of sexual
orientation, 96.3% of those are
towards homosexuals -Nearly 70% of people in the
U.S. oppose gay marriage
-People think that homosexuals
can choose what sex they are
interested in.
-Only six states allow gay marriage:
Connecticut, Vermont, New
Hampshire, Massachusetts, Iowa,
