Cameras are of good quality and high resolution to capture car registration plate from high speed images.
The camera cost has already been covered by MCC.
The implementation of cameras has been executed by MCC.
3rd party creditors don’t have access to the system.
Assume all vehicles are registered.
Assume 2 tolls per day per vehicle.
Assume all registered vehicle owners are able to pay by credit card.
Assume kiosk and telephone are external to the service of IBM.
