There are no MOUNTAINS or HILLS in a FLAT landscape. There are PLAINS and PLATEAUS.
A flat landscape is a good place for growing crops.
A landscape is everything there are in an area.
There are three types of landscapes:
It is a natural stream of water flowing in a definite course
A mountain landscape has mountains and valleys.

A flat landscape has plains and plateaus
A coastal landscape has beaches and cliffs

A group of mountains is called MOUNTAIN RANGE
MOUNTAINS are HIGH, but HILLS are LOWER
VALLEYS are the area of low land between MOUNTAINS and HILLS.
There are often RIVERS flowing through VALLEYS and the land near them is FERTILE, so plants can grow well there.
