Fiber is used in many functions of your body. It is used to lower cholesterol levels, reduce blood sugar swings, control weight and diabetes and prevent heart disease. Fiber is also used to maintain a healthy digestive system and speeding the transit rate of metabolic waste and undigested foods from your body. Without Fiber, food/waste would stay in your digestive system much longer. It helps to flush toxins out of your body. Fiber contains things like cellulose which cannot be digested so it goes to waste and helps the flow of other toxins.

Fiber is a very healthy nutrient that can lower your cholestrole, prevent constipation, and improve digestion. Make sure you include fiber products in your life to live a healthy lifestyle. People tend to not get enough so make sure that you eat a lot of grains, vegetables, and beans ect. If you include fiber in your diet we can guarantee that you'll live a healthier, happier life. Refer to your food/health guide to make sure you're getting the right amount for your age and gender. Remember that fiber can help prevent heart disease and diabetes.
Fiber can be included in many foods such as whole grains, fresh fruit, vegetables, dried fruit, beans, nuts, seeds, peas and other legumes, ect. Make sure you include these foods in your diet on a daily basis. Ensure that you get the right amount because too much or too little can have negative side effects.
