A Renewable Resource can replentish its quantity within a period of 100 years. On the other hand, a Nonrenewable Resource is gone after it is used up and it won't ever be used again.

Examples of Nonrenewable Resources would be coal, fossil fuels, and natural gas. Just like Renewable Resources, Nonrenewable Resources are a major benefit to humans. Gasoline, for example, powers automobiles.

water, air, sunlight, wind, and land.
Renewable Resources are a huge benefit to Earth. But our supply of Renewable Resources is decreasing. We are wasting our Renewable Resources.
There are many simple ways that we can conserve our resourses that may not seem like much. Ways to do this could be just not to let the water run when you brush your teeth. Another could be to simply not litter;
objects that can be recycled.

Solar Power
We can conserve our Nonrenewable Resources by walking/riding a bike to our location (if it's a reasonable distance). This reduces the use of gasoline, a natural gas.
