The state capital of Laos is Vientiane
The Laos currency is way different than ours. It looks different and has different amount than our currency which is the US dollars. A US dollar equals 7899.50 Laotian Kip.
These are some of the foods that Laos people eat. It is traditional to eat rice, and spicy foods (which is shown in the picture here).
Laos has a president like the U.S The president is Choummaly Sayasome. He has been president since June 5th 2006. Laos has a single-party socialist republic.

The President was born on March 6, 1936. His age is 77. He is married to Keosaychay Sayasome.

Clothing In Laos
Laos is a country in Southeast Asia. The Laos people typically wear brightly-colored clothing with patterned material. Sarongs and tops are worn by the women. Men are known to wear traditional pants and shirts.

Laos primary export is timber and furniture.
The Laotian New Year celebration is a 3-day-long festival held from April 13 to 15.

Laos has been tagged as the “World’s Most Bombed Country.” Over two billion tons of bombs were dropped in Laos during the Vietnam War.
