Achievements: Increased the percentage of waste they recycled from 26 percent in FY10 to 36 percent in FY11. Achievements: 51 of their facilities in Europe meet the ISO 14001 requirements. Achievements: the percentage of FSC-certified paper used in FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers is of 80 percent.
