When we exercise hardly then the next day, you will feel pain because the muscle fiber got damaged, however if you rest at least 24 hours, your muscle will be harder and bigger. The three kinds of muscle
-Skeletal muscle
-Smooth muscle
-Cardiac muscles
Major muscles -trapezium muscle
-hand and fingers
-extensors
-deltoids
-triceps
-latissimus dorsi
-hand and finger flexers
-lutius maximus
-hand strings
-gastrocnemius
-achilles tendon
-sternocleidomastoid
FUN FACTs It takes only 17 muscles to smile, but 43 muscles to frown! You have more than 600 muscles in your body, it can be stretched from on top of your hip to below your knee. The biggest muscle is the one you sit with, the gluteus maximus. You never stop moving unless you are dead, because your heart is still beating when you are asleep. Everyone have a muscle for your ears, but most of you can’t move it, because you never try to use it or practice, so you will lose the control of it.
